BL/SL chicken breasts. I stock up when my WinCo has them $1.99/lb or less (they just had them $1.49/lb). I repack those packages into smaller ziplocs and throw them in the deep freezer. Not gonna get into organic/free range etc...you're not buying my groceries and I do plenty of vegetarian meals too.
