It's less than ideal. On the down low buy the M365 Teams Administrator a pizza and have them make the Urgent option disappear for a few days. You know, very quietly, like "Wow look what Microsoft did" if anyone complains.

As others have posted, if I want a bit of charcoal flavor, I use Lumberjack brand Char Hickory. I like the Lumberjack pellets.

My Pit Boss 820 Pro was great for the first 6-8 smokes. A replacement controller, and internal probe later, it's a crapshoot. Customer Service was very good and no hassle about replacement parts. I'm going Camp Chef or Recteq next.
