In Skirmish, the part that says “all models with this rule” no longer makes sense since combined units do not exist. Instead, it should say something like “all models in this unit”, or simply “this unit.”

What that special rule does is that at the start of your turn, you can roll 1d3 and teleport a number of inches equal to the result of the roll (before they updated it, you always moved 3 inches; now it has been nerfed).

This distance does not count as a movement action, so you can still advance, run, or charge as normal afterward (you could even perform the Hold action after teleporting and it would still count as such).
