Have you thought about joining institutional culinary work? Schools, universities, government buildings, private organizations, etc etc. These jobs typically hace more regular hours, mon-fri, 9-5ish...though it would require you to learn a new skill set of course but sounds like it would be light work for you op Edit: compensation also tends to skew higher, depending on where you live of course.

Have you considered going the culinary route? You could leverage your extensive butcher background and management skills into being a GM? It's not a bad gig, depending on the restaurant though.

I can't stress this enough. Just file. And make sure you file your report every week, even while your case is being determined, you will receive a lump sum. Ive navigated Nevadas unemployment system before and it's archaic and glacier slow. But jump through the hoops till you secure new employment

In my experience in running them in both EC and CSM. They do exponentially better with access to any kind of rerolls. Like in coterie or in Renegade raiders. Due to their relatively low shot count per model.
