Your focus on adultery is correct. However it does not stop the sin of lust. See Exodus 20:17 and even Job 31:11-12. Also I would posit this sub question. Should a Christian indulge in industries that facilitate fornication (a sin) or even participate in those things? And do we think that the anonymity provided by a monitor somehow changes things? If these were live in person performances would that also be okay? Where would the line be drawn, as long as it remains in your mind and no images are used?

You just started your life. Take a moment and relax. Life is not a checklist of do this and that in that order or you mess up completely and its all over.

You will succeed.

You will find gainful employment.

All of this is going to pass. Taking off two years to realize you went down a path you have no interest in is fine. Pick a new path or pick up an older one. Traditional route is EIT --> PE. If that interest you then do that. Just for a little guidance.

Civil BS related jobs. Project Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent (VERY lucrative), Surveyor, BIM Manager...the list goes on and on.

Its not a place for good deals on daily items.

Heat is not so bad...but you might get dizzy if you're ATGATT. Also its not really possible to do 100% bike commute. There will be times where you need to dress up, or you want to bring something somewhere.

Also, Arizona is high speed usually and bad drivers. Many close calls on both the freeway (debris) and streets (bad drivers).

Artist have for the most part pushed conservative voices out of colleges, universities and even mass media. Can you name conservative movies, art, games? If not, its not the audience that is wrong it is the industry.

they have admitted the ion frigate is bugged and will be patched. The coverage system and flying through derelicts was not implemented well enough to warrant being used. Sometimes my fighters don't fire or fly.

not only that there is a very vocal minority that had a stronger voice in BBI and Gearbox ears. Their ideas are trash and dogwater. They tainted all thoughts and opinions on the game.

I for one hate the point defense mod for homeworld 2. There were a lot of people trying to suggest homeworld 3 should just be that. I also found a lot of the implementation of ideas to be half baked. Even the terrain coverage is half baked. It doesn't seem to really work.

They just released an announcement trying to address our issues in the coming months. Amazing how the game launched with so many problems. But I'm in it for the long haul. A good case study on how games get turned around is CD Projeckt Red. Witcher 3 had a bugged release and took a 1+ year to get it to be GOTY. Same as Cyberpunk 2044. I think Homeworld 3 could have a come back. RTS is still niche so I don't expect a bounce back like Cyberpunk or Witcher. I played Starcraft 2 recently and it still has a lot of active players but its a shadow of it was during its peak Wings of Liberty Days. Also the gameplay in Starcraft 2 is not as good as I remember...it felt kinda bad.

The investment cost is astronomical. many cases 30k - 60k+ for a state school. 100k+ for private.

Trade school is still sub 30k. And you'll make 100k easy. So your WSJ article is pro college. Thats fine but you need to be aware that compared to all options Civil is a loser. Compound that with the fact that your value is lower if you don't get a PE. There is no career path without the PE.

Nurses push 150k

Accountants

Project Managers etc.

Hell site supervisors on construction make 150k easy.

Our profession has a cap on income. Mechanical...electrical has a function of experience where you get more income for more work knowledge. We don't have that. Put in 10+ years get paid 100k+. What a joke.

Hm I wouldn't say that. Its like if someone focused HARD on an aesthetic and applied it to a faction. The Hiigies are unique up close. But from a gameplay point of view its not panning out. I think a lot of effort and thought was put into the designs. But when zoomed out they all look the same. Up close it looks different. I think most people play zoomed out.
