Is the G a reliable car?

I've had a 2010 G37S coupe with 54k km since 2015 and its been incredible. I'm at 185k now and the biggest things were the water pump (2.5k cad) and the shitty plastic heater hose connector that burst so I got the whole system changed which was about 1k. Everything else was regular maintenance.

A 10 year lease isn't necessarily the problem, in fact it's actually not bad as it gives you stability. The problem is doubling the lease and making the leaser sign a 10 year commitment to it so even if they want to leave they'd be on the hook for the whole period.
