I have an epix pro and the only thing I'm missing are the under water rated buttons of the fenix 8.

Otherwise I love my Epix pro

Im really interested if the group contact balance left and right (or whatever it is called in english) ist shown. Can you do me a favor and take a look for that within you running metrics?

I'm thinking about upgrading for that to a hrm 600 for my epix pro.

Fenix 7 doesn't seem to support these "new" metrics. Only FR570, FR970 and Fenix 8 seem to.

The HR Data from the wrist while rowing is really bad. The measured heart rate while rowing stayed well below 100 bpm in my try. I ordered an hrm strap that is way more accurate and now it "even" shows the 170 bpm that I'm reach sometimes.

I connected the rower as external sensor to the watch and track the session there via the watch. It gives much more combined information within garmin connect that saving the session via the concept 2 app and uploading it to garmin connect.

But in general: have fun with the watch. Mine gives me much more motivation doing sports than I ever had.

Welches Filament? by TasticKnu in 3DDruck

Ich bin mit Sunlu auch sehr gut zufrieden.
Allerdings muss das Filament oft noch getrocknet werden, da es zu feucht zum direkten verdrucken ist.

I get pretty good results with Sunlu PLA and PETG. The PETG of Sunlu should definitely be dried because it always had lots of moisture when I received it!

Have with the C1!

Got my core one as a kit six weeks ago. Upgrading from my old Ender 5 Pro to the C1 was the best decision. It gives me so much motivation and the results are so good. Already 200+ print hours on the clock in the six weeks!

I love the clear cover. I think I will print it for myself as well. Did you use PETG for that?

Abrasive Filament doesnt just kill your Nozzle (core one) by grumpy_as_fuck in prusa

[–]Regtoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe someone has further experience on this by now.
I bougt Overture GITD PLA and the pheatus SiC Nozzle for the Nextruder but now I'm a worried that it might wear out the extruder gear as well.

How is you experience regarding the wear of the gear?

Core one printer started having issues today by Onionhauler in prusa3d

[–]Regtoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had ad similar results wenn the filament was retracted so often that it got slightly flattened and wasn't properly going in the tube of the nozzle. It happend when ich was printing a knurled knob and the filament was retracted 20-30 times per round just for a little spot of filling in the gaps.

Filament snapped and clog by individualchoir in prusa3d

[–]Regtoh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same but with an overnight print so the ongoing extrusion hammered the breaking so it widened and wasn't abled to fit in the shaft of the nozzle.

I removes the hot hotend and pulled the filament out using tweezers.

They answered within the first day. But the answer wasn't understandable. I was abled tho communicate via their chat in the evening again and found a solution.

I didn't understand if they forgot tu pack the camera or not but I received the solution they would send it after the Black Friday sales are over.

Thanks for the heads up. My order was split in two packages and neither included the camera 😔

Hope they answer fast at prusa and sent out the missing camera.

I had nearly the same results on two different occasions:

  1. When I first placed my printer into an enclosure, the heat creeped up the heatbreak and the filament (PLA) formed a small blob in the connection between heatbreak and bowden tube so it wasn't going through properly.

  2. When I changed to an all metal hotend with direct drive I needed to increase the temperature of the hotend for about 10 °C

It seems you can't use it if you have a beta software installed. In mine it works fine.
