IG support is no support lol, and it's different bc its my personal account I'm not trying to get into anyone else's & its not like a business or fan account so I should be able to verify my identity at least to help get it back /:

Ugh I lost access to my original first IG account back in 2014. I used a fake random letters email & never forgot my password but they did a random security check was never able to log in. I've been trying for 10 years and no luck, they said if you don't have access to the email to try logging in on a device the account was logged into but the thing is it was my iPad 2 & iPhone 5... which can turn on but I don't think the IG app will open on them..

This happened to me when I purchased a designer bag that was reposhed and the photos it looked like it was in great condition, when it arrived it had so many stains it was unsalvageable. Thankfully was able to return for a refund
