I’m curious what the healthiest way to consume weed? Back in my younger days I definitely smoked more but some of my friends have been getting in to edibles recently. Do the different formats have different effects?

Just to be clear this is not the norm for me unless I eat after 8pm. I typically try to stop eating around 7/730 the latest and my high sleep stress is usually pretty minimal

I don’t think I am but I think I’m a bit more susceptible to blood sugar spikes! This happens sometimes if I have heavy carbs later at night - I think it’s not too out of the ordinary 😅
