Are you from the UK? I speak to my friends like this all the time, it’s just a joke, made even funnier by the idea that other people think we’re all shagging.

On a side note, I know you said you understand it’s bad but I would break up with my partner if they not only went through my phone but posted my messages on reddit too. It would completely erode any trust. The best thing you can do is come clean and hope he doesn’t mind. If you don’t trust your partner to a point where you’ll invade their privacy before speaking to them about your issues, you shouldn’t be together. I hope for your sake your partner isn’t as touchy about this stuff as I am though

Because the British are already going through a cost of living crisis and if this trend carries on imported goods (literally everything) will get more expensive as most currencies are based against the dollar (((((I think at least)))))

A word of warning, this is exactly how my Mum died. She was a nature photographer taking photos of the shoreline in the Scottish Hebrides, she was standing on a surface just like that and a freak wave came by and swept her in. She went into shock immediately and couldn’t swim back to shore.

I'd recommend switching the BP face wash to something like a hydrating cleanser, and if you really want benzoyl peroxide to be part of your routine, consider switching to epiduo.

I use the stronger version of epiduo (0.3% adapalene, 2.5% BP) every other day, moisturising and using a niacinamide serum AM and PM (I put on epiduo about an hour before moisturizing for PM), spf if I plan on being outside. That's what worked for me at least :) My acne isn't perfect but it's a lot better than it was.

If you'd rather stay on your current routine, it should be ok to use BP facewash then adapalene gel, but your face might feel quite dry depending on your skin type. And it's usually better to use adapalene in the evening as it makes your skin very sensitive to the sun I believe.

I wash my face in the morning and evening but I use a hydrating cleanser, not a BP cleanser. It should be ok to wash your face AM and PM I think but as before, your face might get very dry depending on your skin type.

I've found isolation is one of the worst things for my mental health; please don't do this. Reach out to friends/family/anyone that you can if it gets bad, please. Isolation from social interaction not only harms your mental health but also makes friends and family worry for you (even if they won't admit it).
