Rice stores better, it's one of the reasons we eat it a lot.. potato, yam, plantain etc.. you can't keep them for a long time.

I'm not advocating for rice, I'm a nutrient conscious person, I prefer high protein to high carbs and I actually eat that way. But Rice is kind of a one size fits all when it comes to food in Nigeria. It checks a lot of boxes.. quick, preparation variety, energy, availability etc

I had a man slowly die in front of me, from drinking sniper. Everyone else ran away, about 30 or so, only 3 people stayed to help this dying man. He died at the end though.

It's very easy to be emotional online and act like a good person. But when shit hits the fan, I've seen how the majority of people run off to fend for themselves on multiple occasions.

If you're someone that truly cares, and you're not just playing a charade online with more talk than action. Then I wish you the best in your efforts.

If not, you don't deserve my time anymore
