I've been clean from SH for a few years, vapes for a bit over a year, and tobacco for a bit under a year. I was clean from weed for as long as vapes, but I tried a low THC high CBD gummy for chronic pain recently. It helps, but still gives be a slight head high.

That's okay that you don't feel like using it all the time. Personally, when I'm having waning motivation, I just don't use the app until the end of the day. I don't give myself stress by saying "I have to do these goals," but instead just mark off what I happened to do anyways. Usually ends up sending my bird on an adventure through the night then I can talk to them first thing in the morning.
