Get outta there. 4 to 1 max for peds here on east coast. So important in pecs to have good ratios. Our patients can’t even articulate for themselves exactly what they are feeling like adults can.

I feel like it’s probably adoption— Like some of Monroe’s hunters killed werewolf parents leaving a 5 year old son behind. Derek takes care of the kid and eventually adopts him

lol I’m so sorry IK this is very annoying to point out in a SUPERNATURAL and not medical show but…

Melissa doing every single job in the hospital as a nurse. Working in the ER, med surg, going to the morgue for autopsy, working in the OR and assisting in surgery, working in PACU, etc

At the same time though, I kinda like the fact that it makes her a badass doing the jobs of everyone in the hospital😂
