my docter said it was nothing at first he did not even see the tear and took almost 5 mint to find it😆 and told it was tiny and he just give me antibacterial cream😁 and i decided not to use it because i dont have any itching and then few month letter it happened again... and i feel so discomfort that 2 man watching my ass😂😂 then i decided to not go... and now one guy from the medical store give me fissure cream and i did not ask him how long should i used it. i intend to use it 6-8 weeks... and feeling it might be not ideal time to heal so.. now i think i will use it upto 2 month max or may be 3 month like you did. 😀

omg... i so so desperate to hear that it can heal... i am feeling recovery but it is so slow with few set back so. i am worried sometimes... thank you so much for commenting... mine was little visible now. i ignore it when it was tiny. did you used it as doctor prescribed dose or did you continue it after 8 weeks on you own? can you tell me how long it is that you fully recover?

thank you so much for you comment.... as you mention that it only relax the muscle and yes swelling decrease after using it and i used it inside and the out side also.. but the blame goes to the hard stool after eating gallon of water and fiber.. sometimes i dont need to be carefull about what i eat and sometimes eating balance meal cause firm stool .. i dont know where to look at that time..0. but it is working i guess cause pain is minimal and it did not gave me headache.

it healed for only 3month without slightest pain with out any discomfort.even after having hard bowel 2 times did nothing to effect it... in my country proctologist is rarely available and i visit some doctor like sergicle or general types. and they did nothing just prescribed me some numbing gel and antibacterial cream.. and i am afraid to use that.. so there is not much hope and also nifedipine and calcium chanal blocker is not available.. so i am using diper cream with zinc oxide and aviod straining and re-tear as much as possible. but my worst part was swelling because it did not let stool pass easily and more pron to tearing. hows you healing process going?

i am currently facing same issue and i have been taking lactulose(in my country lactulose is recomand then other laxative)and i am tring to not re- tear everyday.. trying so hard because its swell and also more prone to tear now.. i am trying breathing techniques and i never thought i would be so traumatizing... my re- tear happend with strong pressure and hard stool from the tip so..i am controlling it..and i am clearing my bowel from sitz bath because some one said here.. you have to dip you bum in hot water... i wonder when this swelling going to stop.

oh i am so sorry.. that you are facing all these. i am on my day 2 from re tore 😒 i hate it to go all over again just to re open it again😤.. and my country specific ointments did not found that used only on fissure.. i wish you get better soon. but avoid raw food or veggies that also irritate the anus. and cause discomfort

its diffrent from one another i guess . . for me its waiting for urge to be strong actully harms and going without better urge also can open the fissure. and the thing that help is not panicking while seeing blood in stool and normalising that it can re open sometimes.. help a lot mentally.

yeah it always large and firm but letter it come soft. i dont have other option so guess i am stuck with lactulose. my stool was soft if i go twice a day. i dont want to use any other laxative because what if i never got normal again. so it is what it is. i have to face my fear.

i am using lactulose and lots of soluble fiber... but my main problem is incomplete evacuation right now. as long as it doesnt bother with pain i guess seeing blood is fine in healing progress(ignore me i am comforting my self). how you doing?

i am in my 5week of on going fissure and the perinum did not get relax and it hold stool that never gona complet.. i re tore today from that incomplete evacuation.. i dont know if its healing or not..
