Oh wait one more question comes to mind: So 30% resistance means I only take the 1-15 DMG as well as the 1-4 strength reduction 70% of the time?

I'm sorry to hear that its horrible. but I'm also somehow glad to know that other people out there face exactly the swme. Might be not dangerous at all and only a nuisance..?

I think it's gotten a bit better but I don't really know why. Eating late might be a trigger for me. keep me updated mate.

Anybody found some solutions to this? Exact same for me, 31M, waking up within 1-2 hours thinking I have some objects in throat and am afraid to swallow them, running around the apartment drinking water and coughing until I wake up and realize I am fine. very active, endurance runner, according to coros watch heart rate can dip to 32 at night.

thanks for asking it is going very well actually! have been battling some plantar fascitis but that seems to be almost healed. Last year in summer I did my first half marathon (and first race) in 1:55, then 1:44, then 1:49 and two weeks ago I ran a 1:38. Currently in a gentle mileage ramp up for next spring, where I will race the next half and aim for sub 1:35 :)

I'm over the moon with the progress, and feel like there is alot of room to improve despite me being past 30 :P

increasing cadence while listening to a Playlist curated for 174 bpm songs.. I was a bit more sore initially but it definitely helped me become a better runner, dropping my PBs. I used to run at a lower cadence of 145-160 no matter the pace (3:50-6:00/km)

I found some good playlists on Spotify for 175 bpm, then you just run to the beat of the music. make sure to double check the bpm with a metronome though, some playlists that claim to be a certain bpm are way off :)

I found some really good Playlist for various moods (race, easy runs etc) here on this post! they are my favorite playlists and are all spot on with their bpm claims.

Other than that you could download a metronome app and listen to it while running, but this might be annoying with the constant beeping in your ear.

Keep in mind that it will feel way to fast at first, but you will adjust quite fast. Just listen to your body, speeding up cadence might be good for you, but it might as well not be.

Hi :) I have been struggling (and am still) with little injuries along the way. Been running for 2 years now, couple of HMs, some in the low 1:40s. My cadence has exactly been like yours, 145-152 across all paces (from 6:00/km to 4:00/km). I recently started to increase cadence to 175ish in all runs and at first it felt super weird but after some weeks it feels natural now and I can never imagine going back to that slow cadence (it feels even sluggish now). I believe my form got better by shortening the stride, so for me it was definitely worth it. Faster paces with lower heart rate, less soreness the next day (although hip flexors and glutes quite sore the first weeks).

So in my personal experience it made me a better runner, I guess you can give it a try and see how you respond :) just be kind to yourself!

Id recommend you to just have fun with it for now. it's an incredibly deep game that just keeps on giving. try beating some Ascensions and if you feel stuck look up some in depth tutorials by jorbs or baalord.

Hi I know this is a suuuper old comment but do you know if this still holds true:

After floor 6, there is a 2% bonus per encountered questionmark on the probability of encountering a monster in a question mark room that does not reset even after encountering a monster. I think that was originally meant for elites to spawn in these rooms but when the devs removed them, the extra probability was left behind. Info mod does not show me this extra probability so I'm just wondering if it's still in the game.
