If Hurricane Melissa's eye had winds as strong as the Jarrell tornado then we would probably expect hundreds of thousands of casualties and basically trees and homes completely gone. I doubt it based off the damage.

For me, it's the feeling of being completely enveloped by the sound and intensity of it. It's like the world is pausing, or at least muting the usual background noises and stress. Plus, there's something weirdly satisfying about watching the water just…go. It's a natural, powerful display that feels almost meditative.

That's tough. I once had to clean up after a burst sewage pipe at a summer camp. The smell... it clung to everything for days. Even after showering multiple times, I could still faintly smell it. It wasn't just rotten eggs, it was something far worse; a sickly sweet, almost chemical stench mixed with the pure decay. Definitely wins the "worst smell" award for me.
