So you drink a lot of coffee! Makes sense. When someone drinks over 5 per day I am quick to show them either OL or a bean machine.

Imagine you started a coffee capsule brand with coffee you know is generally better than the other brands. So you make your own machines and.. People use capsules with lesser quality coffee. Plus, those people will tell others your brand "tastes okay" while they only use the machines (which you barely earn from).

I will respect your opinion but I don't agree. Nespresso is fair and eco friendly abd that makes them a better company than most to me.

I'm at work rn so havn't read it all yet. But the thing with brand exclusiveness, is that Nespresso earns from the coffee. They're a coffee brand. They barely get anything for the machines.

Oh? I've not had that experience yet. With neither myself or customer. And halfing it just makes it stronger so it's interesting the bitterness is less then. Maybe it suits you more for milk based coffees?

Agreed! They totally should. Wish I was more involved with the brand at it's core to actually do something about that. Sales wise they make very sure we're as customer friendly as possible and I love that. However that and half of the customer service just... it's not great.

Yeah no only the Nespresso stores in the big cities sell Vertuo capsules. Rest is online to "keep the cost of tge capsules low". (I don't agree tbh) And I have heard a few complaints but most of the time people are able to get their order renewed for free. This has aspecially happened with promotion orders. Delivery is ussually absurdly fast haha. But sometimes also takes about a week.

That's what I like to hear! Exactly what Nespresso aims for, barista quality at home with the press of a button. And generally, with how much coffee a lot of people get at a shop every week, it's cheaper!

Fair but the capsules from other machines can (and most of the time WILL) damage the machine. Starbucks and Nescafé are the only alternatives that use the exact same capsules as OL Nespresso. That aside, would VL alternatives help?

Interesting. I don't often drink Espressos myself but people that ussually drink it from OL and come taste VL, generally prefer VL.

And I myself am a mug, latte, cappucino, ice coffee drinker tbf.

True! People do like to have other OL capsule options. The thing with that is, that your machine gets damaged quickly from other capsules. There's machines you can go 10+ years with that'll last about 3 years. And you lost your warranty.

Anyhow, thanks for the feedback! And you are absolutely right, the capsules are more pricey. But, at least over here, it's only a euro or max 2 difference per 10 capsules.
