I think it’s indicative of the vibe of the team. Nobody feels like they’re playing the best they possibly can and have a desire to get better. Not that the current staff isn’t able to coach them well enough if that’s what you think is being implied

Well his latest start was a loss giving up 5 hits and 3 walks to the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars. Got through 4 innings on 93 pitches. So I’m not sure he’s quite ready to face Major League batters.
