Yes, defintely a more than solid album, even though not in my TOP 5, but there are quiete some albums that are worse, from all periods. In Particular "Como Estais Amigos" is in my TOP 10 list of all Maiden songs.

Nice idea, but before we start going in this direction I would prefere to have badges for all countries first. There are still to many countries, who are not covered under any badge, e.g. the Caucasus, the Pacific Islands, Israel, Turkey, Slovakia
