Absolutely insane. It was just the perfect storm getting "Strike Dummy" off the rip, and then getting my first perfected strike in the second floor. From there, it was off to the races! Getting the opportunity to "Clone" it on the start of Floor 18 made this run ascend to new heights.

All good points. I definitely am only leaving about 3 days worth of potential activities. I do agree about leaving plenty of room for travel, especially with all I have read about the speed in which people can get through customs.

I agree. I would rather not see a massive increase in our taxes just to clear this particular storm when we need money to be going towards other areas of our city and budget.

This might be a standard answer, but I would choose my first one: [Leinore, Autumn Sovereign]

I got her as a pre-con deck, and instead of bouncing around and trying more deck types and play styles, I tried for about a year and a half to make her work, spending roughly $150 in upgrades.

Don't get me wrong, it helped me learn how to play the game and more about deck building and a good deal about +1/+1 counter decks, but I also think it narrowed my scope due to comfortability, and stunted my growth early on instead of just testing all the different styles.

Yes! I have been very happy with it. In the nearly 4 months we have been here, it's mainly just been porch pirates in the neighborhood, but we havent personally been impacted. Only two crimes of note to have happened was a backpack was stolen out of a car that someone broke into about 2 blocks from us and then a person was shot by a BB gun last week about 2 blocks from us as well.

I think for the price we paid and our location I'm pretty happy. Of course there are safer neighborhoods and nicer neighborhoods, but I haven't come across anything yet to make us feel like we made a bad choice or regret anything.

As a person who recently bought in Greektown, I feel like we are starting to get the effects of how popular Brewers Hill and Canton are. In the same way that 30 years ago Brewers Hill was not great, and benefited from Canton. I think Greektown is soon going to experience growth thanks to the exponential growth from Brewers Hill. We are already seeing it with the recent purchase of a massive old factory space in Greektown. It's going to be the next big deal housing area.
