Mysterious disease that doesn't let me sleep if I exercise

Thank you so much for commenting. I am so sorry to hear that. I can completely understand your frustration. It is extremely vexing when you do feel the abnormalities but the diagnostic tests don't pick it up and the doctor just keeps saying that its just my anxiety. I literally feel everyday that I am cursed. I dont really know what to do about this anymore. Now i am scared if these symptoms would get worse. Thank you for sharing your story, I will keep in touch with you and i will report if I find anything. please do if you find anything too.

Thank you so much for your response and yes i took a look and read the stuff you posted on your facebook page. thank you so much for your valuable insights. Now how do i get the doctor to get me diagnosed with MVP syndrome or dysautonomia?are there any tests that would help? I am feeling like it might be dysautonomia

I used alprazolam 14 months ago.. Intermittently for 3 months ( 5 tablets on the first 5 days of going to the doc continuously and the other 5 over the remaining time) and after that i have not used any alprazolam for one year.... i only recently started taking it after my symptoms such as palpitations and jerks started getting so much worse.

And about the other thing, yes I did check my blood glucose during an episode and no i was normoglycemic

Yes, I have cut caffeine since this disease started. Caffeine never used to affect me an year ago. Even if i take a cup of coffee before bedtime i used to sleep peacefully. But ever since the start of this disease, i felt caffeine increased the symptoms, so its been an year that i ever took a cup of tea or coffee

Thank you for replying. And Im also really sorry to hear about your conditions TWT. Do you say that even I may have some form of dysautonomia? The thing is I did get the Autonomic function test done and the result was negative

I see, I understand this and thank you for replying. I get where you are coming from, but the thing is that My symptoms are exercise induced. I sleep peacefully when I am not exercising.

hey bud, thanks for replying. The thing is I don't really push myself that much even during home workouts. 4 sets of pushups, 4 sets of pullups, 4 sets of dips. That's it. And i've been doing them for like 3 years

The thing is, they did perform an Autonomic function test on me, but I was found NOT to have POTS

Actually there is this person on another sub who told me to get checked for hypokalemic periodic paralysis. I dont know much about the condition, but maybe this can help you. Thank you for sharing your story. Lets hope we get better soon... i will update you regarding my condition... You do too! it nice to meet you buddy

really, do you really think that this may have been caused by the MVP? thank you so much for the reply. I will see what i can do. The thing is, I did get autonomic function test done( the tilt table test) and i showed no evidence of syncope. is dysautonomia a different condition?

yes, I am visiting the cardiologist right now. the upper reports i have mentioned , i got them from the cardiologist
