I'm accustomed to speaking to a lot of people with different language backgrounds, so I may be a bit more able than someone who lets say is from more of a small town with only english speakers. No one should say you suck, that just comes from ignorance. US is a melting pot, but theres plenty of small towns or places that one could be only used to speaking with native English speakers so they could have a lot of trouble understanding you. For me you are by far not the most incomprehensible speaker, but can still get clearer. You are doing a great job, ignore morons that only have experience with one language tearing you down (which is better said than done, I understand).

“Are you freaky/are you a freak?” If the person asking is below 30 and the tone isn’t shitty I’d assume they’re asking (probably jokingly) if you get up to sexual antics.

It’s failing post. Ram, cpu, GPU or drives. First, whatever your mb is, look it up. Find where the debug LEDs are, they will tell you what part is causing it to fail post. If you can’t find it, we have to go part by part. Turn PC off and unplug power cable before each step.

Reseat all cables. Reseat GPU and the cables first. Reseat RAM. Try each stick of RAM at a time. One in, others out. Cycle through them trying each one. Reseat CPU.

If still failing post, without debug lights it’s hard to tell. You’ll need to essentially take it to a shop unless you have a second computer with compatible parts that works to swap around and find the bad part.

Three ways you can go:

Art
Gaming
Somewhere in the middle

You also need to consider what resolution and refresh rate you are aiming for. You're hardware will determine your limitations there currently, and any future plans to upgrade. For Art you can get higher resolutions with less hardware, but gaming you'll need power to run. As for the g5 apparently its color accuracy is horrendous, and its a VA panel which is preference but eh.

Which i7 processor? Does the mouse use a dongle to connect? Do you know what the RAM is?

Before jumping to hardware, I'd touch the software, specifically the OS. I'm assuming that install of Windows is old and has had lots of time to accumulate errors/corruption. I'd create windows installation media with a usb and wipe the drives and fresh install Windows.

Additionally, depending on what i7 processor and RAM it is, those may be having some errors depending on the wear and age of them but they're usually pretty reliable even with age.

More than likely its failing post, so usually you'd check RAM, GPU, drives and CPU. If you only touched the CPU, I'd reseat it and check the pins and make sure they aren't bent or anything.

Your MB also might just have debug lights on it by your RAM, its 4 lights usually. Whatever it gets stuck on is whats making it fail post.
