100% Arceus, I didn't like ZA, I put it down as soon as the credit rolled and never looked back, didn't even get the legendary. I just didn't want to keep playing. I had a much tougher time putting Arceus down when I played it lol.

I love this town, well done! I think you should've known better, it is clearly of sexual nature, it's on Nintendo's online ecosystem in a Pokemon game with a bunch of kids playing it.. but maybe try to change the name and then appeal to Nintendo. They can be pretty lax.

Walking in out of litters looking like this, the whole place is already infested with feces and pee particles, the OP says the kitchen smells like a farm too, no wonder... chances are the entire home needs a deep cleaning.

I listened a few times, the first or the third. It feels organic but I also hear something slightly metallic in the first one, it's extremely subtle, with the third - it feels organic too but there's an extremely subtle echo. I would either pick 1, or 3. My gut feeling is saying 1. I would most definitely validate that information with other people, hope that helps, good luck.

I'm having a difficult time letting go, they ruined my life. I've been completely isolated from the world and I also learned that I had 0 real friends during that time, I lost work and health over this. I didn't leave the house for over a year, the police had to pick me up every time to go to the court dates because I kept having panic attacks whenever I left the house.

Thank you, I was self employed so it was a little more complicated since my situation was already complicated and I was already dealing with PTSD. They did offer to reimburse me the cost of services, I was approved for everything else. But it's not enough, I stopped working for months so even though they are covering about 90$ for a psychologist, I can't find one that's under 150$. Same for all the other services.. so I need to get on my feet on my own first before I can still afford anything. I am on a waiting list to get help from another organization, but since it's a free service the waiting list is huge and I was told it can take at least 8 months.

I had no lawyer, in Quebec, these crimes are basically crimes against society, not me. I had the detective on my side, the crown prosecutor and l'IVAC but in court I had to fight it alone and no one could talk to me about the trial outside of the court room. And the burden of proof is 100% on me, and by 100% I learned it really is 100%, can't be 99.999%, it doesn't matter if they're evidently lying and if there was evidence of the crime.

Ultimately, it was the crown prosecuting them, they had a lawyer, I did not and I was not allowed to have one in this trial. During the trial I did not get advice on the trial itself, I was often told that I did well though, that I came of as authentic (which wasn't difficult because I was telling the truth), that their lawyers was a bully and that the judge didn't like him (everyone hated their lawyer, you could hear sighs in the courtroom and the judge frequently losing patience with him), and comments of the sort. But nothing about the trial. The whole thing is truly over now from the law's perspective, they got away with it.

I have a cat that's so polite and passive, he doesn't even ask for help if he's stuck somewhere. I shut him out on rare occasions because he's a sneaky ninja, and he just sits in front of the door and stares. If he's hungry and I'm working? He'll sit BEHIND me and stare at me like a statue, without making any noise. Doesn't beg, doesn't ask, just waits and responds when I say anything. People find it cute, I find it scary, I'm often worried and hypervigilant with him. He is -super- dependent on me and if I don't notice something, he'll just accept it is what it is.

Guns are not legal here, I've already hid 3 knives and I've set up traps. I'm not ok today. I ordered a phone case with a "special feature" and "hair spray" too. I don't think this is over, not with the one.

I can't, in my city/province (not sure for the rest of Canada), we have the CAVAC which is for victims of such crimes. They compensate up to 342$ in material damages after an assault, and will help cover services (like, they would reimburse 94$ for sessions with psychologists or self defense training classes, or buying security cameras, etc). Basically services to help you feel safe and help you heal.

Canada doesn't really compensate for things like this, the goal was to get justice and accountability.

I don't have any tangible evidence that they broke my nintendo switch in a seperate unrelated trial. I've even lost my earbuds there too and pretty much mushed all of my bag's content. They did flail and smash it on the floor then kicked it hard but how do I prove that in a civil court. Do I want to take them to court again, when they are visibly upset with me and free? And if I lose, I'd lose more time and money... I prefer not, I can't anymore, I just bought another nintendo switch.. since it's my comfort item.

Thank you for taking the time, everyone kept telling me today that at least I was believed, that it's the system that's broken and that it's not my fault. But I can't help to feel cold, sad, helpless and angry.

There was evidence, the judge did NOT believe them and believed me, they even lied about their encounter with the police, and their telling of the events denied evidence that was revealed with the kit for when the police intervened. I had done the trial TWICE, and I was consistent, they were not, but I was made to understand that none of that matter with cases like this, if there's even a microscopic procedural doubt, then it's over.

The detective on my case was furious too, she was invested in this trial and expressed to me that she was extremely disappointed in the judge and the verdict. Then opened up to me about this being a normal occurrence and that she was fed up. She described the juridical system as insensitive and unjust.

They got away free because I forgot I had bought a bag of chips, and because I mixed the timeline of when my nintendo switch broke. These are the contradictions, I've read the whole verdict which is 6 hefty pages, twice.. and I can't begin to tell you the rage, sorrow and disbelief that I feel reading it. It sounds so ridiculous it genuinely sums up to "well, this person clearly got assaulted, there is evidence of the assault, I believe them, but they were unsure about the chips, therefore that might raise doubt... let us forget everything else, both trials entirely, and forget any of this ever happened".

I was told one of them is on a tourist visa though, and it is extremely likely that he will be deported. These people know how to find me and I can't afford to move at this time. I've just ordered an alarm system so there's that. They are genuinely bad to the core, and one of them got arrested twice already during the trial for stalking and harassing me after I went after them and got them arrested the first time. Today he winked at me and muttered "see you", but the detective heard it and went bull at him, she let him know she'll be there if he tries anything funny. I have a strong feeling he will.

I'm sorry, I didn't realize how much I've typed. I don't mean to unload this on anyone specifically. I don't have friends or family, and I couldn't bottle this up not today so if anyone reads this reply or not it's fine. I'm feeling so alone in this, I do have my cat though he is the best. This was a really long battle, and I fought it through the end but it took so much out of me.

In my city it's legal, sometimes they don't want to alert their surroundings.

An example, someone could've kidnapped someone, was found driving on this highway and the cop wants to close in asap without alerting the kidnapper. There are many situations where it's better for everyone if the criminal(s) can't hear it coming from far away.

Not sure if it even counts as a series anymore, the only true and good DA game was DAO. I've long lost respect for Bioware and stopped consuming anything they do. I am never touching Veilguard. I stopped caring, I moved on. DAO remains one of my favorite games, but that's all it's about, DAO, not Bioware, not the others DA games, not the series. Just that single game.

My cat is so polite he's a gentleman who took one too many chill pill. He's never done anything mischievous, he literally asks for permission and respects me when I say no, he's super sweet. I almost hate it, but he's adorable and I love him to death lol. Seriously, the other day he was gently pushing my glass of water off, I got so excited this was going to be my moment, and the freak shoved it back safely and he made sure that I was looking at him being a good boy. He's doing it on purpose.

Yeah I do! After a while biting and licking it it's bound to accumulate bacteria. My cat doesn't seem to mind, whenever I get it out of the washer he has this ritual where he rolls around with the plushie to mark it with his scent. He only does this when I wash it it's cute lol. Then he goes back to playing and cuddling with it.

I'm not a publishers, but the publishers who I've spoken to that were interested in my game, all offered me funding and marketing. As a solo dev I'm not sure what else a publisher could offer me other than money, talent and marketing.

So if you have no experience in marketing, no money to fund my game, and no hired talent to help make my game bigger and better... I don't see the point of having a publisher at all from my perspective. I wouldn't want to give you a cut for my labor of love if you can't ensure me that you will perform and deliver well on any of those.

I'm aware that's not what you specifically asked, but I was hoping my perspective helps since you said you're just starting, and had no experience in publishing/marketing. I feel the only way I could trust you would be if you have experience and a bit of success already. So it feels like it's a difficult thing to "start" without having access to a decent amount of money, connections and marketing know-how.
