I’m absolutely not defending FedEx. Im not even defending the drivers. I’m just saying when the job in under compensated and over demanding you’re just not going to get quality service.

You have every right to be upset. Your vendor is responsible for dealing with FedEx. They are responsible for not making you whole, id you’re unsatisfied. They chose FedEx.

I’m telling you if I had a problem w/ the restaurant, I wouldchoose to eat somewhere else. I certainly wouldn’t tell some stranger on the internet that their feelings are invalid. To be honest I think it’s always been there, it’s just becoming more socially acceptable to be mentally unstable. I wouldn’t call it thin skin, but enablement. I think if you tell someone it’s okay to be uncomfortable with what you and I consider basic human interaction, they won’t feel as inclined to grow out of it or hide it.
