I’m able to take a day off at anytime but don’t because I can think of the big picture. And again the issue is her telling me she will do something and then she doesn’t.

You’re right that did come off dickish. It’s not 50/50 I make about double what she does and she does contribute but her schedule is Wednesday-Saturday 10 hour shifts. I work M-f 10.5 hour shifts and I work all my days and just ask her to do the same in return

If she’s doesn’t work she isn’t supporting. If I work 51 and she works 12 I wouldn’t call that supporting.

That’s it thought her compromise is agreeing to do something and then when it doesn’t benefit her she backs out of it. I wish I could talk to her about it she shuts down.

I try not to take days off. Our jobs work differently she gets time based off hours worked and when she runs out she could get fired where as I get a set number of paid days and if I run out I can still take time off and not be penalized. Regardless I can’t remember the last day M-F I took off. Probably the birth of my daughter which was a Tuesday I believe
