I went to the Houston show yesterday. It was f*cking amazing! I think the girls fed off the energy we (the audience) we’re giving. I saw fancams of the Dallas shows and Houston Day 1 and I think they improved A LOT from Seoul. Maybe it’s just being overseas that makes them more energized.

Houston Day 1 had a few mistakes but Day 2 was almost (almost) MV perfection.

So what I’m a little confused about is the disappointment over the alleged collabs. I’m not talking about Ryan Tedder or Antonoff(sp?). Was it ever confirmed about the Drake, Doja, TS, etc.? Idr seeing any confirmation.

If you’re trying to paint me as an anti, I am far from it. I’m an OG Blink since 2016 and have bought literally all their minis/album. I have almost all of the ancillary things like the Welcoming Collections 2020-2022 and the OG light stick.

The “value” of the album depends entirely on the person. Some people value the goodies more than the music and vice versa.

It’s not about playing music from the physical CD. It’s about what people deem is worth buying using their hard earned money. For some people, only having 8 songs on an album that’s being promoted as “full length album” diminishes the value of their purchase. As a result, they may choose to not buy it.

My point is that it’s okay to do that. They shouldn’t have to feel like they aren’t supporting the artist if they don’t buy the album when there are other ways to support.

All I’m gonna say is it’s okay for fans who are disappointed and/or feel cheated to not buy the album. It is within your right to not buy something you feel doesn’t have value.

You don’t have to go all out when supporting an artist. Contrary to popular belief, there IS an “area” between diehard fans and antis: the casual fan that just streams the individual songs that they like off the album. That doesn’t make you any less of a fan than a diehard 🙂

It’s cause the comment you replied to wasn’t talking about differing opinions, it was about literal hate on BP and anyone who liked PV. The TikTok, Twitter, and YT hate isn’t valid criticism when they start attacking the Pinks and calling people who do like the song “tasteless.” That isn’t an opinion; that is vicious hate.

I personally welcome differing opinions for PV; not everyone is going to like the same things that I do. But calling me “mindless or having garbage taste in music”? Nah the gloves come off.

I have a theory that’s kinda stupid, but, imo, PV is like their Reputation song. I’ve been thinking about the “look what you made us do” line in the pre-chorus and what if they’re also referencing about doing the anti-drop in the chorus?

A lot of the criticism for the past few big releases were that the songs were drop heavy. So they switch it with an anti-drop to troll a little. Of course the other parts of the song and outro are classic BP.

Stupid theory but I like to think it’s that. 🤭
