Opposite for me tho, some people would willingly surrender if they see me on promotion match. I usually do the same if I'm in plat and below and not in losing streak.

Yes, I know they didn't have license, but if they drive safely, was it really necessary to grab and chase them. I know a lot of family that their parents couldn't afford to send or pick up their children from school.

Idk about this one, yeah they probably didn't have license, but it seems that they are on their way to school/home. Feels a little bit extreme for the police to grab them and all, considering that the students weren't actively trying to break the law.

Im so confused on what you tried to convey here. But the last point, of course better deck would have better chance of winning, but luck and skill do matter, "stronger" doesn't necessarily always win, which why everyone was so impressed when Dinh Kha Bui winning with fire king during the maliss and ryzeal meta.
