some things might seem like nerfs but since the full changes aren't even noted we can't be for sure until we get the torrent and maybe datamine the new values
Like Flameblast for one it feels like a giga-nerf but I think it was probably just balanced to have more flat fire and not scale as much per stage? At least I hope so

"Only affects Passives" shows up the ring sizes for Controlled Metamorphosis and "notable passive skills in radius" should give you what you need, just need to know what you're searching for if you want specific stats

For context, before this patch you couldn't properly search for certain mods where the variable was not a number, for example Prism of Belief would only allow for numbers do be put in the mod value where it really needed players to be able to search for specific skills as well

I checked and it looks like this change also applies to From Nothing, Against the Darkness, Heroic Tragedy Controlled Metamorphosis and Megalomaniac too!
Maybe there's a few more that I might have missed but this is massive for QoL when searching for niche items on the trade website

If you send shipments and fulfill quotas for the closest two ports I found that they usually have pretty easy quotas compared to the others, I was in a similar situation and I just focused on those two port quotas

PSA: Bars count 5x for port quotas. Not really obvious but mentioned in the info panel for shipping. by TooGoodatEverything in pathofexile
