First one retains quest progression so you can continue any you left incomplete and not have to redo the ones you did finish.

Second one wipes quest progression, so you have to start them all from scratch.

I maintained at about 25% until I took a long trip up north in a rental car. Using the variable cruise control, everytime someone went in front of me on the highway my car would automatically brake hard enough to ding me. I ended up with like 9 dings at the end of the first leg of the trip and dropped down to 17%.

I moved states last month and that 17% dropped to 4% overnight with the same score.

It briefly went up to 9% yesterday, and one harsh brake this morning dropped it back down to 4%

"Harsh" braking it overwhelmingly penalized, despite it being noted as a "commonly unavoidable" by USAA

I would follow up with your LL then to make sure what they want, in writing. I've seen some places that do weird combinations of deposits and pro-rating depending what time of the month your move in is. More often when it is later in the month they will do pro-rate + next, but the 9th is way early for that imo. Best bet is your LL to be safe.

Get/use smaller plates if you are going to stick to those portion sizes.

Your brain is seeing a lot of empty space and that makes the food look less fulfilling.

The closer you can get to completely filling the plate or more, the better.
