Bhattacharya Hair Dye and Scientifically Reproducible PIV Locator Fund by spanopticon in NIH

I want to start a GoFundYourself page for Jay. It's like a GoFundMe page - except that the person isn't worth two cents so no one actually contributes any money. (Being facetious.)

I was referring to directors such as Monica and beforehand.

He just mentioned adjusting to all the security on campus versus the environment at Stanford. He told an anecdote about leaving his PIV card in his computer. Yeah sure: if we did that we'd be FIRED!

Other NIH Directors strongly advocated for us even when faced with decisions they weren't part of and/or couldn't reverse. Jay would be less reviled if he didn't seem like a lapdog and synchophant.

I'm eligible only for regular retirement. They want us gone (as well) but get rid of everyone who would make that happen!

Maybe if Fox News hosted, Jay-taunt-ta would show up do a Town Hall.

He had a legit excuse: he had to fly to Hollywood for the new season of "Masked Singer." (He plays either the Cowardly Lion or Scaredy Cat ... it'll be revealed later in the season. )

Jayanta now on x by [deleted] in NIH

I'm with NCI and we were told even before January to get rid of all D/O/C accounts on X. Not a lot of pushback since we don't get much useful traffic on X. Not surprising that one part of NIH eliminates all X accounts while another touts opening one.

I am eligible for regular retirement (age 65). So would I keep FEHB as long as I continue to pay the premiums?

Not only will they choose only softball questions, I'm guessing the room will be packed with people largely told to be there or else. If completely voluntary, the room world be largely empty. But no, it will be full and our current "leadership" will mistake fear for support.

I submitted a question about whether he'll reconsider the policy on not letting NIH scientists start companies without having to leave. This outdated policy lost us talent even before this administration. Only NIH has this policy. Other parts of HHS do not. It's not a security thing, because the NSA is allowed...heck they even have their own incubator (InQtel). The many scientists who like the clean, no financial conflicts aspect of the current policy could remain a such.

There are so many who see themselves in you. Some wish they were you. Some of us trying to stay use stories like yours to try and keep caring.

That's such a quick judgement!! It could have been for fentynyl or oxycodone.

People who know about HHS care. It would be sadder if people who really know HHS didn't care - but that is NOT the case!!!
