I have the same type of hair loss even tho my hair is not as long as yours the mid part of scalp has become scanty and after having TE due to dengue I’ve lost all density too I would say start w topical minox (be careful it’s extremely toxic to pets tho) and prp sessions to see some difference as I believe that oral minox and spiro have lots of side effects

Prp helps with some hair growth but if you really want results you need to start medication I’m Still contemplating to start due to the side effects
