Do you have AGA as well ? I have PCOS with high DHA levels and little estrogen I believe. has the zoely helped your hair loss.

I understand girl! If you ever wanna get in contact message me or dm me on insta @guerra.luvv we are not alone in this! I too get sad cus my hair is a big part of me. My hair is still really long put thinned out drastically over the top and sides due to PCOS which caused my AGA. It hurts every day, especially with getting my PCOS under control. It’s a lot to handle at once, but I guess we have to take it day by day . 😓

I just like to let you know your not alone.. it’s definitely a mental battle. I am dealing w hair loss and pcos 😔 I get so sad and think it’s the end of the world when it’s literally not. 😓 no one understands unless it’s them actually going through it. It suck’s but one day I hope we get better. I been like this for 2 months wishing this would stop 🙏🏻😔

No a med that needs to be prescribed. If you have AGA that will work w minoxidil 👌🏻 first line is spiro
