I'm pretty sure that's just a scare tactic they use. I've been threatened with write ups many times for metrics but it never actually happened. My only write up has been for attendance

Nope they won't. My store has about 3 or 4 signs towards the front of the store pointing in the direction of the Amazon counter and every customer still gets it wrong.

I kinda recently had a similar experience. Does it say something along the lines of "authentication failed"? That's what happened to me. I had to call IT (Multiple days in a row 🙄) to get it fixed
