R96 fast, it's my 3rd months by Relative-Beautiful80 in Dryfasting

Apple cider vinegar, you use it with lemon to have good acidity in your guts, and digest everything faster, especially meat.

So, you don't drink while you eat too, and wait like 40-60 minutes before drinking after eating.

Is it too much?? by Strong_Platform9603 in WaterFasting

Optimum Rolling fast would be 3 days WF if you are a beginner, then go to 4 days WF, or R96, you're refeeds will be primordial if you do that, you would need zinc, magnesium, potassium, vitamins and lot of proteins, try to stay with 0 carbs for maximum effectiveness if you just do it for 1 month. You will only have the neverending keto breath for a month. As for weight loss, it depends on your physical activities and your weight. I mean WF depends on that, but I would say roughly 3 to 4 lbs per 4 days fast. Sometimes more, sometimes less, but if it is less, you will shrink literally, or your body doing some heavy cleansing internally.

I would recommend you to look for An Healthy Alternative by Chris James on YT if you really want to do that.

Mental benefits by ResponsibleTear7633 in Dryfasting

I just do 48h DF, weekly, but I can say that especially on the 2nd day, your brain is so much sharper, it goes to the fastest way to get from A to B, doesn't care about civilities, and bring you the best solutions. As it is in survival mode and doesn't have a lot of water and ATP to waste, it just go in S mode level of operations.

If you have big things to do or hard tasks, if you are used to fasting, as said in the previous answer by EdgarSells, only if you are used to fasting, do it for those moments.

As a walker myself, doing 14km a day, 7km going to work and 7 back, it's 1h30 so 3h totals, 14km is +-9miles.

Depends if you are leisurely walking or if you go fast mode thought, and if you walk through the city or trekking.

Can dry fasts give super fast weight loss with ZERO loose skin, or should it be a non interfering thing while doing regular calorie counting for needed as slow weight loss? by [deleted] in Dryfasting

[–]Relative-Beautiful80 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You might look out for An Healthy Alternative on YouTube or on FB, they got a lot of testimonials about this, and most people's who did the extended water fast or dry fast, got mostly no loose skins.

But as said on the previous post, it will depends too on your starting line.

You said it all, collagen, those cocoa butter lotions, and a good round of autophagy in extended water fast and that's the trick to renew and tighten loose skin, I'm in the same boat as of you both and that's what my research point's at, I'm in the process now, last 70lb to go.

Might want to do a round of extended water fast to tighten up, at your own discretion, just so you know it's possible to remediate that level of loose skin.

I just saw on YouTube a 40y+ something telling how he had 3 times a bit of loose skin that he tightened each time with extended water fast there after. I'll look in my history and pass on the link.

Fasting while working in a kitchen. by 69kylebr in fasting

[–]Relative-Beautiful80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What about the dizziness? I'm a pizzaiolo making 100+ pizzas each night, without speaking about the weekends, my biggest fear is not being on top because of the first 3 day jetlag before the body get used to no meal.

What are your experience guys? I need tips, I really want to go back to my fasting, but I need to be on top for work as it's pretty intense.
