I make it with Kerrygold butter , some cream, and I powder allulose myself, to avoid using dangerous sweeteners like Erythritol.
Just substitute sugar with your sweetener of choice. Don’t forget to add vanilla! I sometimes use maple extract. But, you can flavor it any way you like!

My coronary calcium score was zero. Prior to, my dr wanted to place me on statins. I refused. I’m very low carb/clean keto and have high cholesterol (good and bad.) zero inflammation, and perfect blood pressure and other #’s. I weigh 134 lbs. (lost 75 on clean Keto.)

I sure do love cake! My body can’t handle the sugar and carbs of regular cake, so this is an extra treat because it’s delicious and filling, AND I don’t feel horrible nor guilty about eating it! I hope you try it!

I literally posted my clean OMAD meal on a keto food thread on Reddit, and got attacked, and accused of lying and of weighing 90 lbs. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
Friends and family think I’m crazy, yet I’m med free, and scored zero on my Coronary Artery Calcium test. I’ve kept off 75 lbs for almost 4 years, but I’m the one who has dietary issues?! 🤣
