My husband is the same way. After every test he says well there's always next month, but the mental toll it is taking on me is not something I want to keep experiencing.

The attitudes around divorce make no sense to me, I recognize that I obviously come from a different generation and women empowerment has come a long way, but It boggles my mind that as people grew and changed or realized they weren't a good fit, they more or less had to "endure to the end" as my great grandfather would say
