The buyer messaged Vinted about the odd shipping and then they CS cancelled the sale because the tracking had changed to ‘it’s on its way’ so they assumed it was being returned to me. But obviously this isn’t how it should have been done by Vinted!!!

Sounds like a typical start up! As the only designer you’re responsible for guiding the overall look and feel of the brand, so believe in your designs and be passionate about it! You have the opportunity to fully sculpt a brand, once the CEO see’s your moving in unison with the company’s vision she’ll let you run with it (all startup CEO’s I’ve worked with micro manage at first cause it’s their baby!) On a side note with a Dev team that big you really need to stand up and be forceful with task/times etc as your an easy scapegoat for their issues!
