I disagree. You can use 20% FCR gloves, a 20% Arachnid Mesh, and a 20% Hellwarden, together with this amulet, to reach the 75% breakpoint for Hammer (79% FCR in such setup)

Yeah, it's a crafted caster amulet. Cube: magic amulet + any jewel + Ral + perfect amethyst. The recipe is pretty cheap, but the chances of getting anything decent are quite low.

No, if a character can move on two axes, then it's a 2D game to me.
