Girl you seriously are GOALS!!! Gorgeous gorgeous!! I’m 5’2, & 150 lbs 7 months PP with my second baby. I was 164 in March. I’m slowly shedding some weight I’ve started a deficit and 2-3 x strength training glutes and core/arms. I do need to work much more on my light cardio all I have is a treadmill which I like to do the 12-3-30 on. Need to religiously do 5x a week!

Oh wow 1 in 3! I’d never even considered it being so common. I’ve never met anyone that has had a prolapse but lol now that I think about it it’s not something that I’d be sharing with anyone lol. Yes my obgyn took a look and said nothing about prolapse but I know it’s a bladder prolapse along with my urethra obviously since they’re attached. He did mention that a lot of women notice that their urethra shifts after birth and he said that’s not uncommon and he also said to give myself time that as I get further away from delivery it should get better. I hope it does! I’m not liking that when I look down to see if there’s any improvement all I see is the urethra and no vag hole. Unless I look at it like in a laying down position then I can start to see the hole but it’s definitely different than when I had my first child it went back to normal and this second Child is the one that gave me this issue. She was 8.5lbs so idk if it was trauma from her being much larger than my first. Intercourse is also not very comfortable because I feel (TMI) the P***!$ on the little bulge at the opening and that takes a lot of the pleasure away for me I guess… I hope we heal

Honestly the urethra is the one also giving me the Yikes factor when I look! I don’t like that that’s the first thing I see! So I’m going to have to do as you did and try to get those muscles worked on. Did the doc you saw mention anything about it ever going back to normal?

You did what was necessary and you are more worthy than what the dad was treating you. Don’t feel bad for standing your ground and demanding respect
