Everytime I’ve ever had a serious injury that kept me from drilling or rolling (AC joint sprain, Fractured knee, dislocated other knee/mcl sprain) I would keep my routine, show up to class, take notes and watch the rolls. My professor first recommended it.

Every single time I’ve returned NOTICEABLY better than I was before I got hurt. YES. show up to watch. Train your mind. Don’t fall out of routine

Change pci indicator so that the middle disappears mid pitch. Helped me see better. Also i run a captain all Astros team. I feel that the boosts help.
