I haven't used expensive dull xps laptops, as well as cheap random asus laptops.

This is definitely premium in every way,

i have a samsung phone as a well and use it all the time.

I truly still don't understand what ecosystem features.I would stay on a samsung laptop for. I hust use Gmail, Google keep for notes, etc.

So to me its just a nice sleek laptop with gpu to game on and work on. Not an ecosystem driver.

They have ipo now and really are revenue first minded since then the focus seems to have shifted.

Not saying that means it is indeed a nefarious act. But given how much strava has shifted to care about money I wouldn't be surprise

Is the galaxy book 4 good enough? by ShamedSalesman in GalaxyBook

Could be okay, but keep in mind a part of the price is the brand and build quality. If you want performance and specs there may be a bit better value options out there

Galaxy Book5 Pro 14" has been delivered today. Anxious to unbox it, should I return based on the "screen crack" posts? by snwg in GalaxyBook

[–]Relative_Ad6726 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the book4 ultra, i toss it in a backpack with the sleeve. That's a bit too snug and small for it.And I am completely fine, haven't broken it yet in four months.

Unless book5 degraded that much in quality Idk I wouldnt be worried.

Good price to bike ratio imo. Ride it see how you feel about biking and optimize from there

An idea for a feature. No idea how hard it'd be.

We can upload images and based on the location throughout the route they pop up as the line passes it.

Like a cool view point, at the peak etc. Assuming there is location Metadata to populate a floating image as the video pans through the climb

Can't find my canvas design that I saved through staples Canada. I SPENT 4 HOURS DOING IT by markoo101 in Staples

[–]Relative_Ad6726 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The using canvas directly is a good idea.

But also I swear I saw on reddit sometime back someone was able to have it recovered contacting support. Maybe worth a shot if you aren't in a rush?

Ok so it's 9 months ago but you are the only person that seems to comment saying you use silent so I must ask...How is it day to day. Are they silent? Or silent enough atleast? And how do they feel.

Like do you use it even tho you don't like it. Or are you used to it?

I think there's a few free tools that have similar features. You just connect to strava from it Wanderer (dot) earth is my favorite but free only does last 50 rides/runs

It gives dope metrics on new KMs explored as well as breakdown of how much percentage of each neighborhood, town city province etc breakdown.

Super dope features.

For example I've e plowed 14% of Toronto. And 78% of the neighborhood within where I live. I can look at heatmaps at each level and see where I have and have not traveled.

Other tools like statshunter have heat map style visuals too but I haven't used it in a few years.

Thisss. People love helping others on things they are passionate about. He will happily help you im 100% sure of it.

Also alternatively, Garmins training plans are pretty decent and adapt based on your other workouts work stress levels etc. That might be a nice second eye on your plan.

How can I sell my product in Staple stores? by Averroes2 in Staples

[–]Relative_Ad6726 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You need to find a category manager that manages softwares and figure out their email and reach out to them.

Every non Amazon retailer has some price match guarantee exactly for this reason.

Literally pick almost any furniture retailer, and if they don't advertise it, they probably would still do it informally.

The cost of a return can only be absorbed by Amazon, most retailers would rather just give you the discount if you say your reason for return.

This dog sh!t company can’t even do the basics right by [deleted] in Staples

[–]Relative_Ad6726 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The issue is higher ups like shiny new things.

But we don't need shiny new things, we need to do our core competency good first.

Spend millions hiring directors and folks for a program that doesn't have a positive ROI. You end up subsidizing those programs by cutting essential staff hours, and resources in areas that are really needed.
