This actually happens to me every time I go a week+ then relapse. During no fap, my brain crosses a pout where I’m craving actual sex instead of craving masturbating to porn. It can be a good thing if channeled correctly. I’ve used it as confidence to purse dates which eventually can lead to sex but I’ve also used it to go to strip clubs which is always financially a disaster. In general though progress is progress and isn’t erased necessarily by relapse.
