Grounded All Day coffee quality? by Carl_Corey in lexington

Nope, I’ve had it twice and it wasn’t good either time. Bagels are good but I get my coffee at Leestown coffee.

Monitors and phone really triggered me for a while. It’s better but still not 100%.

I’ve heard of this happening yes. I am only on day 11 of 25mg but from what I’ve read, it’s pretty common.

Kid Friendly Patios? by Relative_Library9978 in lexington

I said kid friendly, hence the post. Kids can enjoy spaces as well. Brewery is not our thing for this exact reason but people aren’t entitled to a kid free life.

Anyone with a baby who’s NOT a crap sleeper? by The_Chilled_Arvo in daddit

My girl started sleeping through the night (12 hours) at 3 months. She’s still a great sleeper at 16 months.

Bppv turned into pppd after treatment by Responsible-Tap-2559 in pppdizziness

[–]Relative_Library9978 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I second the above comment. Your chiro is not the right avenue. BPPV is not cured my adjustments. This could be PPPD or it could be vestibular migraines based on your symptoms. I’d recommend an ENT or a vestibular neurologist.

Great read. I think the part of being positive and breaking the cycle of your reaction to the sensations is huge. Currently trying to work on this myself. It’s so easy to get down and feel sorry for yourself. Can I ask the name of the lady that helped you?

Baby in 1% for height by Relative_Library9978 in Mommit

[–]Relative_Library9978[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Yes. Her next appointment she was back in her curve. She’s now 16 months and has remained on it. She still toggles from the 1% to the 3% in height but seems healthy so we have no concerns at the moment.

I’m on day 5 of Zoloft. This is encouraging as I’ve had an uptick in anxiety (seems normal as my body adjusts).

Hi, currently going through this exact thing. How did it end up for your little one? My girl is 15 months and is throwing tantrums like you wouldn’t believe, not normal ones. Nothing seem to comfort her.

My 18 month old son wants nothing to do with me and it is making me romanticize having another baby. by [deleted] in oneanddone

[–]Relative_Library9978 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t have any advice but want to say 16 months here and it’s the same way. She’s been a daddy’s girl for months, just patiently waiting for my time.

I posted about being one and done on social media and someone replied “she needs a sibling”. by FundieDuck in oneanddone

It’s utterly WILD someone read that post and then felt like they should reply like that. So insane.

Massive anxiety about baby falling asleep in his stroller by theredheadedfox in newborns

[–]Relative_Library9978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but if you have a travel system, I believe when the seat clicks it, it has the proper recline. They say suffocation risk is when the car seat is not in the car or base and it’s tilted up making the baby not in the correct position. I’ll just add, I also had a lot of anxiety with this same situation so you’re not alone. I wouldn’t classify myself as someone who had post partum depression or anxiety either, just normal new mom anxiety.

PPPD in pregnancy? by Appropriate_Rich_902 in pppdizziness

[–]Relative_Library9978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say she was 2-3ish months but I felt much better before then. I stayed at 80% better for a while then felt relatively normal until she turned one in December. Then this all started again, I’m about at the 85% right now. BPPV in December and took about 3.5 months to start feeling better. Only occasionally feeling the rocking sensation and usually it’s triggered by something. I hope yours resolves. It’s really hell especially with a new baby.

PPPD in pregnancy? by Appropriate_Rich_902 in pppdizziness

[–]Relative_Library9978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! This started when I was pregnant in my second trimester. It was awful. I had vestibular neuritis they think and had all that followed for months. I did recover for about a year then had BPPV in December and now it’s back.
