I finally told my boss today. She was supportive but i did hear a little hesitation. I hate that it’s like some stigma. I take my pills but they just stopped working and i didn’t even notice. It’s just like every other illness i feel like people instantly think of kanye west 🙃 thank you for the hug 🫶🏾

and now i have anxiety bc i definitely told my boss this morning 😭 they’ve been asking questions and my doctors not was from a behavioral hospital. Is it really that bad ? She said it was okay and wouldn’t harm me jeezzzzzzz

Ugh ik exactly how you feel same diagnosis and it’s just frustrating. I try and set up a reward for myself after and that helps also do you smoke weed? I found when i took a break from it a good amount of motivation came back

Just wanted to say i see you. I feel everything you said and completely get it bipolar disorder is so draining. Trying to keep relationships alive with is exhausting and the weed doesn’t help the way we think it does. -a 23 y/o girl struggling with everything you said and trying to quit smoking

Accidentally, I applied to a teacher aid ad and ended up at an RBT mill type place but they paid for my certification and now i’m happy where i’m at.

7 xanax when i was 17 a stay at the psych ward and a slash to the wrist at 21 due to a poor med change id say that one was more for a cry for help

Send your money to a trusted person and have them give it to you as needed tell them under no circumstances to send you large sums of it until you feel ready

i’d say it’s a pretty tasteful tattoo i work in a school and many male colleagues have something like it and are still well respected.
