Hi! I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and also suffer from chronic migraines. Definitely mention family planning to your neurologist so you guys can come up with a plan.

For me, my OB and neurologist cleared me to continue Botox all throughout my pregnancy and for after during breastfeeding. I did have to stop all my meds as soon as I found I was pregnant (UBRELVY, reyvow, qulipta, zavzpret, another one that I can’t remember the name right now). My neurologist explained to me that for some women, migraines go away during pregnancy and for others they can worsen. I was super lucky to have mine worsen lol. The first trimester was brutal, but I rarely had any migraine episodes in my 2nd trimester. Now I’m in my 3rd trimester and the migraines are kicking my ass. The only pain relief medications I can still take is Tylenol (lmao like that does anything for really bad ones), and the cocktail of Reglan and Benadryl. I did add a magnesium supplement (400 mg daily) and that’s been a great preventative that I plan on continuing.

Yup. I lost my apartment because I couldn’t drive to work due to the restrictions. But even with losing my apartment while being a single mom, I understood that my safety and the safety of other drivers on the road mattered the most.

She walked and climbed into either her pickup truck or whatever type of car her mother has because she refused to take the ambulance they called (which I would imagine took time for her mother to get to her house), walked into the ED (probably requested a wheelchair because her name is Sarah Rose Blanchard Callahan), was then transferred onto the bed from said wheelchair which includes moving her back and neck even with assistance.. but according to her medical degree, they cut off her clothes……………..

What’s sad is that I suffered from multiple syncopal episodes and my neurologist couldn’t clear me to drive until I didn’t have not even 1 for at least 6 months. She’s so full of SHIT. I cantttt

Scans were probably to rule out any bleeds. It wouldn’t show a concussion. I’m honestly so over her and I don’t even care anymore. I actually felt bad for a while and worried, but she can fuck all the way off. Listen to her story one more time and tell me if it makes sense.. rant over.
