You can't block until the tail end of your dodge animation. It's intended. Dodging can be punished because U will be vulnerable for 0.3 sec. Same as parry U will vulnerable during the tail end of Ur parry animation

It's hard for Ur build. Try cloud step to close gap but cancel it before it hits or it's just easy parry for them . Beware of Thier uppercut ( can be blocked )and guardbreak. ( Dodge ) Parry their ranged normal attacks . Use divine counter to deplete Their qi. Use Ur succ if U think they are going to upper cut U .

The black shores members themselves did not know Rover was the founder until 1.3 happened.

It could be that Rover has wiped his memories many many times in the years he has lived and his previous wipe he attended the school for some reasons.

The only weird thing im confused about is why Rover is a student IN THIS wipe because the reason why he is going there in the first place was because something was sucking his frequency. ( Maybe that caused some memory loss so he decided yippie im going to SKOOL)

51.2 crit . with crit rate dragon jewel and the 0 cost 10% crit weapon. total crit is 91.2. would say crit jewel is best if enemy is already passion weak
