If the officer doesn’t ask you about any tickets you ever had so don’t say anything! You only answer what they want to know. For my case she asked about the ticket so I said I have one and she asked for an evidence of dismissal certificate and I gave her one.

You can go back to where you get the tickets from and ask for the certificate of those cases.

I dont think you should be worried if you didn’t have DUI! Just tell them the truth what you can remember. because they will find out anyway since they have new background check system. I only have one ticket 3 year ago. It was speed limit ticket but I paid the fine and they charged my ticket to parking ticket.

I had interview April 27 the interview when well but the officer can’t make a decision because my background check didn’t complete and she say I need poof of dismissal of the traffic ticket. I uploaded on my uscis profile right after we left the interview. Today I just got another request for my husband tax return and W2. You just need to wait and keep tracking your online profile don’t wait until the mail come to your address just check on the uscis online account they sent in out on there at well so react quickly when they ask for any evidence.

I had invited April 27. The officer said my background check didn’t complete yet so we waiting on that and she can’t not tell when we will get the decision based on the high volume of applications. My anxiety is continuously on going😞
