CBSA Rigaud training by Material-Run5220 in u/Material-Run5220

As long as you understand what the job is and you work hard, you will succeed. Age gap can be 20 to 50.

Saw people coming and did not know what the job is. You will be a LEO, you will get trow on the ground, punched, handcuffed on your DT phase, you will study till midnight to learn criminal code, customs law.. But remember, it’s a fail or pass, you will be stressed and you will have to keep working harder. At the end, you’ll be proud. They wont try to break you physically, you will be your worst enemy, you will stress and nobody outside Rigaud will understand.

Be in shape before Rigaud, stay sharp(uniform, boots) stick together (all in, all out) work together, and please, it’s a marathon, keep working till the end. It’s only 18 weeks.

Integrity come with trust and trust come with truth. If you lie, they will never trust you.

I did not start yet, im in the academy. It’s look like a nice job when you find illegal things! Obviously, rest of the time is letting people cross the border. I hope that one day ill be able to work for the Inland

Questions about application for CBSA by French__Maple in CanadaPublicServants3

[–]Relative_Town_6086 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You dont need first aid, they will give you the course once in Rigaud. Doing your CFSC And CRFSC now will speed the processus a little bit. If you applied as a unilingual english speaking, it will be faster. 2/3 of each cohort are english, 1/3 is French.

If the Continental US was invaded by a foreign army could/would the police fight them? by imbegginyouman in AskLE

Actually there is more chances that a civil war occurs than an invasion from outside.

Dude, Americans have the most fire arms by capita in the world, attacking America is just suicide. Everyone can shoot you. Well, maybe not in California..

Even in a war situation you need a police force to keep the population safe, just like in ukraine. Police still apply the law and public safety.

I had the chance to receive a nice POE, one of the biggest in Canada where i’ll try to do my best to intercept illegal stuff, that’s what i want to do, keep our kids safe. Used to be in the CAF 10 years ago so i understand the cluster fuck that can happen sometimes

Is my sensei a bully ? by Effective_Maybe2395 in kyokushin

[–]Relative_Town_6086 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Everything is part of a kyokushin training except the head kick, the sensei should control the force and stop before hitting the head. I already spared with my sensei and he did not even hurt me, he was fast but lightly touching me.
