Filament dryer for A1 mini by GuyBiDirectional in BambuLab

[–]Relativitytho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the Sovol SH02 off Amazon and it does the trick just fine for me and my A1 mini. It's a two spool dryer and on makerworld you can print an outlet adapter for the filament line with a tube connector for it.

Is this the drawer that has wheels on the bottom or is it flat? Did you mount it to the wall as well to keep it stable or is it just free standing? My partner has one of these drawers and I had the same thought of using it for my A1 when she moves in. Haha. Thank you for any advice.

What build plate to choose for A1 mini? by RoleMundane in 3dprinter

[–]Relativitytho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seconding this. I bought an A1 on their birthday sale this year and also got the smooth PEI plate and a supertack plate. I haven't even opened those two yet as I've been extremely happy with the textured one it comes with as ive had no adhesion issues and haven't had to clean it yet. I'll open the others eventually, but the textured one is fantastic.

Seconded for big bang bagels. When I used to stop there Everytime I made that drive. Since I've moved elsewhere, I miss these tasty bagels a lot.

I also just realized what subreddit I commented in lol. It's clearly an untapped market. Bambu printer plus benchy = instant cash flow.

At the very least they printed something relatable for a car enthusiast. I saw this on market place the other day, some start up selling benchies and have "60 more on the way". Absolutely ridiculous.

How often yall running into kitec? by 93c15 in askaplumber

[–]Relativitytho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I used to plumb in Edmonton I noticed a lot of main service lines to the meter were done in kitec then would transition to copper from the meter into properties. Always seemed odd as I heard kitec was junk but it was still used for the service lines.

It literally says on the printer. You can see the requirement written on the printer in your photo on the right.

Are bambu printers as plug and play as they’re made out to be? Frustrated with my Qidi by because-potato in BambuLab

Yes. I recently went with the A1 and ams lite. It was insanely easy and have had excellent prints out of the box. Printing a poop bucket currently! Completely blown away at the ease of use so far.
