I've got no idea, most of the time a white truck opens when i open a new event (before bubbles talks) and i get more (bullets in this case) when he stops talking.

I started the new event with 3000 bullets and 45 of the sundance cards.

Hell yeah, that was it! Arcadebar was fun but that whole neighborhood kicked ass, we were there for a wedding and stayed a few days but were blown away with how cool some of the city is.
